My old garage closed but techs I trust migrated over to Peck's auto as they have been mutual friends for a lot of years. They took me in with late (try no) notice, explanation of the problem was clear & concise over the phone, fixed the problem & had my car ready by end of day. I was a little surprized when I saw they washed my car, a nice little extra touch. Bills are bills, nobody likes them but it was more than a fair price for the work done, no complaints whatsoever.

Customer service was great! Appointment time was honoured and the work was done within a respectable time as I waited in a clean, comfortable, lounge area. During the inspection following the oil change, it was discovered the rear breaks needed some repair. The appointment was booked for the following day and I was offered a loaner car while the work was to be done. My day went on as planned and the cost of the work was within my expectations.
