The service was excellent, as always. Keith was so thoughtful - he took a photo on his phone of a part that we hadn't expected to replace. His photo clearly showed why there needed to be this unexpected additional cost. The Peck's team are terrific: very service oriented and helpful. I highly endorse them.

As is usual at Peck's, the outline for the work to be done was clear. Even in the circumstance that the "engine light" symbol was not identifying clearly the source of the concern, the work was methodical and explained clearly. Questions were answered well and on time. The repair and diagnosis for other potential repairs was outlined with consideration for the safety and expense of the work.
